It’s $53,000 pricier than the 2023 GT3
Porsche has just refreshed the 911 GT3 for 2025. While it closely resembles the previous model, updates have been made to the exterior, interior tweaks, and a reworked suspension. The new 992.2-generation GT3 also comes with a significantly higher price tag, starting at $224,495, including a $1,995 destination charge.
This starting price is $53,000 more than the 2023 GT3 and $40,000 higher than the 2024 model, which started at $171,500 and $184,550, respectively. And that’s before adding options like the newly available Weissach Package for $19,330 or the $36,010 Lightweight Package for the GT3 Touring.
The GT3 still features its naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine, producing 502 horsepower, but Porsche has made adjustments to meet stricter emissions regulations. It now comes with GT3 RS camshafts, new throttle bodies, and revised cylinder heads, and is available with either a six-speed manual transmission with a shorter final drive or a seven-speed dual-clutch.
The interior updates are minimal, with the most notable being newly designed carbon-fiber seat backrests. For the first time in GT3 history, Porsche is offering optional rear seats in the GT3 Touring as part of its 25th anniversary celebration.
We’ve contacted Porsche for clarification on the pricing and will update this article once we receive a response.
