New Roush Parts Amp Up the 2026 Nissan Frontier

The collaboration aims to boost the Frontier PRO-4X’s off-road capability

Nissan is looking beyond its own lineup to sharpen the Frontier’s off-road credentials, teaming up with Roush Performance for a more specialized approach. The result is the 2026 Frontier PRO-4X R, a Roush-tuned version of the PRO-4X trim.

Key upgrades include an Öhlins 2.0-inch suspension lift and shocks, co-developed with Roush for the Frontier. Built from aluminum with external reservoirs and rear cooling fins, the setup is designed to handle punishing off-road conditions.

Visually, the PRO-4X R adds titanium-painted grille inserts, skid plate, and fascia, along with Roush “R” badging on the grille, fenders, wheels, and tailgate. Inside, the branding continues with embroidered headrests.

Unlike typical dealer add-ons, the package is sold exclusively through Roush and costs $4,395 on top of the PRO-4X trim, bringing the price to $47,960. Standard 2026 Frontiers will arrive at dealerships this summer, with Roush editions to follow.
