A “passionate Trident customer” received the final Maserati with a V8 engine, along with a custom MC20.
Receiving your Maserati is always a memorable event, but one U.S. customer made it extraordinary. A prominent entrepreneur in the biomedical field purchased the Quattroporte Gran Finale, the last V8-powered Maserati ever made, along with a custom MC20 named Iris.
Both vehicles underwent the Maserati Fuoriserie customization program, showcasing unique features inside and out. They were delivered to their owner on July 31 in Lake Maggiore, situated on the southern side of the Alps. However, the “passionate Trident customer” resides in the U.S., so this exclusive two-car collection will likely make its way across the Atlantic.
The Maserati Quattroporte Gran Finale, the final V8-powered flagship sedan, is finished in Blue Nobile. The carbon fiber accents share this distinctive color, while the brake calipers are brushed aluminum. The vehicle’s unique identification number, 999999, and the custom engine cover signed by Maserati staff add to the owner’s bragging rights.
Inside, special features include burl accents on the steering wheel and door handles, tan door panels, black leather on the A-pillars, black stitching, and a leather-lined boot. Additionally, the Grand Finale emblem on the center console and door sills signifies the uniqueness of this Quattroporte.
This is the final Maserati equipped with the Ferrari-sourced twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine, delivering 572 hp (427 kW / 580 PS) and 538 lb-ft (730 Nm) of torque. With the development of the EV successor delayed, this will be the last Quattroporte produced by Maserati for some time.
The Maserati MC20 Iris is a highly personalized version of the supercar, crafted by the Fuoriserie department. Its standout feature is the unique AI Aqua Rainbow paint finish with white stripes, chosen by the customer. This distinctive color is also used for the stitching and leather inserts inside the cabin, set against white upholstery.
This one-of-a-kind MC20 retains the standard twin-turbo 3.0-liter Nettuno V6 powertrain, producing 621 hp (463 kW / 630 PS).
Maserati did not disclose the cost of the Quattroporte Gran Finale and the MC20 Iris, but we hope the owner received a discount for ordering two vehicles from the Fuoriserie program simultaneously.
